Managing your trial and subscription

Your account starts on a 7-day Pilot trial with no card on file. Here's how the money side works from there.

When the trial ends

Your projects stay viewable and new processing pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically — the end of the trial is a pause, not a bill.

Subscribing

Pick a plan from the billing page and add payment to turn processing back on. Your existing projects and data are exactly where you left them.

Cancelling

You can cancel from the billing page. Your data isn't deleted when you cancel — you keep access to view and download your projects; new processing is what stops.
