Terms of Service
The agreement between you and AeroLakeland.com LLC for using the DroneFlow.Ai platform — covering accounts, trials, billing, data ownership, acceptable use, and liability.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AeroLakeland.com LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates the DroneFlow.Ai platform (“DroneFlow,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a plan or package, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” refers to that organization.
2. The service
DroneFlow.Ai processes drone-captured imagery and datasets (including photos, ZIP archives, GeoTIFF, LAS/LAZ, OBJ/PLY, and GIS files) into deliverables — 2D maps and orthomosaics, 3D models, point clouds, contours/CAD, and related outputs — and hosts a client portal for viewing, annotating, and sharing them. Plan limits (such as jobs per month, concurrent jobs, portal seats, and retention windows) are described on our Pricing page and apply as written there.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use DroneFlow.Ai. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@droneflow.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts support multiple team members with different roles (for example, owner/admin with full control and read-only members); the account owner is responsible for managing who has access.
4. Customer data and content ownership
As between you and us, you own all imagery and datasets you upload and all deliverables we generate from them (“Customer Data”). We claim no ownership of Customer Data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the service for you and for the people you explicitly share it with. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
5. Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial that does not require a credit card. During the active trial you get the selected plan's normal job quota and access to the full platform — including the interactive 3D portal and 3D deliverables, map annotations, and client share links (this reflects the current product behavior as of July 2026; the trial is no longer limited to 2D outputs). At the end of the 7-day period, if you have not added payment and started a paid subscription, premium features and the ability to create new jobs are locked until you subscribe; your existing maps remain viewable. Each account is eligible for one trial.
6. Plans, billing, and renewals
Subscription plans renew automatically for successive periods until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings and will retain access through the end of the paid period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. One-time project packages are single, non-recurring charges with no ongoing subscription. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes, which we may add where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Square depending on the method you choose; your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we never store your full card details. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) upload or process imagery or data you do not have the legal right to capture, use, or share; (b) attempt to access another account's data, defeat account scoping or access controls, or probe or breach the security of the platform; (c) upload malware or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (d) resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan; (e) use automated means to overload or disrupt the service; or (f) use the service in violation of any applicable law. We may investigate and take action, including suspension, for suspected violations.
8. Your responsibility for lawful drone capture
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the drone flights and data capture underlying your uploads are lawful — including compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (such as FAA Part 107 in the United States), airspace authorizations, pilot certification and insurance requirements, and any privacy, trespass, property-access, or landowner-consent obligations that apply where you fly. DroneFlow.Ai processes the data you provide; we do not verify the legality of how it was captured, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your capture activities (see Section 14).
9. AI and automated processing
The platform uses automated geospatial engines to generate deliverables and offers an optional in-product AI assistant powered by a third-party provider. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before relying on them for engineering, survey, safety, legal, or financial decisions. Automated outputs and AI responses may contain errors and are provided to assist, not replace, professional judgment.
10. Confidentiality and sharing
We treat Customer Data as confidential and limit internal access to what is needed to run and support the service. Share links and portal invitations expose the associated deliverables to the people you send them to; you control who receives them and may configure links to expire. You are responsible for your sharing choices.
11. Intellectual property
The DroneFlow.Ai platform, software, design, and trademarks are owned by AeroLakeland.com LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in the platform to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
12. Copyright and DMCA
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a compliant notice to our designated agent at legal@droneflow.ai. We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
13. Service availability and disclaimer of warranties
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that deliverables will meet survey-grade or any specific accuracy standard unless expressly agreed in writing.
14. Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroLakeland.com LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold AeroLakeland.com LLC harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your drone-capture activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others, with notice where practical. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your Customer Data for 30 days after termination, after which we may delete it in the ordinary course, subject to legal retention requirements.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post material changes here with a revised “Last updated” date and, where required, notify account owners by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Polk County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to any arbitration or informal-resolution provision the parties agree to. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
