Uploading your first project

Creating a project takes two decisions: what you're uploading, and what you want built.

Raw photos or a processed export?

• Raw drone photos — choose this if you're handing us the images off the drone. We run the full photogrammetry (this is the longer step).
• Processed export — choose this if you already ran DJI Terra (or similar) and want the viewer, tools, sharing, and reports on top of your existing output.

Preparing the upload

• Put the imagery (and any control/geo files) in a single folder and zip it.
• Keep the photos from one flight together — one capture, one project.
• Large uploads resume automatically, so a dropped connection won't cost you the whole transfer.

Choose what to build

On a raw-photo project you can pick Everything, 3D only, or 2D only. Building only what you need is faster — an oblique capture meant for a 3D model can skip the orthomosaic and elevation stages entirely.

After you upload

You'll see a live processing timeline — extract, reconstruct, quality check, publish. When it finishes you get an email, and the project opens in the viewer. If something goes wrong, the page explains what happened and what to do next.
