Team seats, roles, and access control

DroneFlow is built for teams. You can invite people into your workspace and control what each one can do.

Roles

Members hold a role — owner, admin, or member — that determines whether they can manage the account and team or just work within it. Access is enforced on the server, so a role isn't just a UI hint.

Project access

Access is scoped so people see the projects they should. A view-only collaborator can read a project without being able to change it, which is also how external share links behave.

Account isolation

Every account's data is isolated from every other account's. One customer can never reach another's projects by guessing an ID — the boundary is enforced on every request.
