White-label and branding your client delivery

If you deliver to clients under your own name, white-labeling puts your company on the whole handoff — the pages they open and the reports you hand over carry your logo, colour and name instead of ours.

What your client sees

• The shared map page — your logo and accent colour in the header, your company name in the browser tab. No mention of DroneFlow.
• The accuracy certificate — your logo at the top of the document, and printed that way when they save it as a PDF for a submittal.
• The PDF and JPG reports — your name and subtitle, stamped in while the project is processed.
• The delivery email — sent under your company's name.

Making the logo sit right

Most logo files carry empty space around the mark, which makes them look small or off-centre. The Branding page has nine placement controls — size, position, nudge, trim, backdrop and more — with live previews on both the dark shared map and the white printed certificate, because a single-colour logo that reads on one can disappear on the other. None of it alters the file you uploaded, so you can retune it any time.

What it does not change

Your domain. The pages live at our address under your brand — a client opens a droneflow.ai link and sees your company, not ours. Likewise the delivery email sends from our address under your display name. Sending from your own domain needs DNS records on a domain we don't control, and faking it would land your project in your client's spam folder. If a customer-owned domain is a hard requirement, tell us — we would rather you hear that here than discover it after subscribing.
