◆ Case Study

One upload. Six deliverables.
Zero folders of TIFFs.

GFL is a real, delivered DroneFlow.Ai project — not a mockup. Explore the actual interactive portal below, and see exactly what the automated QA pass caught.

This project was packaged from a processed DJI Terra export. Want to see the same site rebuilt straight from raw drone photos? See the raw-photo reconstruction →

What was uploaded

GFL is a ~33-acre site (538m × 247m) captured by drone and processed through DJI Terra into an orthomosaic, a digital surface model (DSM), a digital elevation model (DEM), 1-foot contours, a 76.2-million-point LAZ point cloud, and a textured 3D reality mesh. That processed output was uploaded as a single export, and DroneFlow.Ai's pipeline turned it into a full client-ready deliverable set — all geo-referenced and cross-checked against each other.

What came back

Every deliverable in Google Earth (KMZ), GeoTIFF, and CAD (DXF/SHP) formats, plus a branded PDF summary report and an interactive web portal — the same one embedded below. Elevation captured ranged from 13.82m to 51.85m (~38m of relief), cross-validated against the source DSM at a 0.0cm delta.

◆ Quality assurance, shown — not just claimed

Every run gets an automated QA pass before it reaches a portal. GFL's real report: 17 checks passed, 2 flagged for human review, 0 failed. Nothing hidden — including the imperfections.

PASSAll 6 deliverable types produced (Orthomosaic, DSM, DEM, Contours, Point Cloud, 3D Model)
PASS3D tileset healthy: 2,398 / 2,398 mesh tiles reachable
PASSElevation data verified against source DSM (0.0 cm delta)
PASSAll produced deliverables overlap the orthomosaic correctly
WARNDSM coverage: 80% (interior gaps over a reflective concrete pad and a pond — expected limitation of photogrammetry over those surfaces, flagged for review rather than silently hidden)
PASSDEM coverage: 96% of the site — interpolates cleanly across the DSM gaps
